By registering as a Service Provider on Hootie and offering services through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules that may apply to specific services. If you do not agree, you may not register or provide services through our platform.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), legally capable of entering into contracts, and that you hold all licenses, permits, and qualifications required to perform the services you offer.
All content on Hootie, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the property of Hootie. Providers retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Hootie a license to use it. Clients retain ownership of their materials, which may only be used to deliver agreed services.
Service Providers set their own service fees. Payments are processed securely through Hootie or its partners. A small transaction fee may be deducted before transferring the balance to providers. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Hootie provides the platform “as is” without warranties about accuracy or quality of services offered. We are not liable for damages, disputes, or losses between clients and providers. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Prices are set by Service Providers and displayed before booking. Hootie may charge a platform/service fee. All payments must be made securely through our system. Confirmed bookings are locked to agreed prices.
