Freelancers set their own prices, payments are processed securely, and both freelancers and clients retain rights to their own content. You are responsible for securing your account, passwords, and any personal or business information shared on Hootie. Do not share confidential details unless required for a service. Hootie is not liable for loss, theft, or misuse of your property, data, or materials shared through the platform.
Hootie acts only as a marketplace to connect clients and service providers and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or reputation. Service providers are solely responsible for their work and compliance with laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid through the platform in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
Service Providers set their own service prices, which are shown to clients before booking. All payments must be made securely through Hootie, and applicable platform fees will be deducted before releasing funds to Service Providers. Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings. All charges are final unless otherwise stated in our refund or cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details.
